FMI HomeAssist isn't working? Help!

Everyone get the Blue Screen of Death from time to time, but if you're experiencing infinite loading times, missing sections, or any strange app behavior, please try the below solutions.

On a mobile device (Android and iOS):
  1. Install the latest FMI HomeAssist app update. 
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the FMI HomeAssist app onto your mobile device. 
On desktop (Mac or PC):
  1. Log out and log back in to FMI HomeAssist. 
  2. Clear your computer's cache, cookies and/or history in supported browsers.
    1. To clear your history:
      1. In Google Chrome
      2. In Safari
      3. In Mozilla Firefox
      4. In Microsoft Edge
  3. Update to the newest version of a supported browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and relaunch vipHomeLink. 
If that pesky problem persists, reach out to us by creating a ticket. If possible, please take a screenshot and/or make a note of any error messages displayed to you.
