How can I update my email?

Although we are working on updating this functionality, FMI HomeAssist identifies your properties by your email, so we are unable to change or update any email addresses at this time. However, you still can use a new email address with our app!

Set up a new account with your new email and transfer your properties to your new account using our transfer functionality. To learn more, check out our article  I'm moving! How can I transfer my property? Once you've transferred your properties, feel free to reach out to us to delete your previous account.
