I need to change my password.
No worries! You can update your password in a few simple steps.
If you don't remember your password or simply aren't logged in, use the Forgot Password? tool on the login page.
If you remember your password but simply need to change it, follow these quick steps:
Once logged into our FMI HomeAssist app from a desktop or mobile device:
- Log in to the vipHomeLink app.
- Click the Account tab in the bottom bar.
- Select Edit Profile.
- Click Edit
in the top right corner of the screen.
- Once you're in edit mode:
- Enter the current password.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Click Save.
Passwords need to be a minimum of 6 characters, 1 number & 1 symbol. Otherwise, you will get an error when you try to change it.
